Sergei Levteev
President

Sergei Levteev has been IBA President since the company's inception in 1993. He spearheads all aspects of the company's business efforts, including overall vision and strategy. During his tenure, a small firm evolved into an international group of 2,000 employees. Mr. Levteev holds a B.S. Degree in electronic engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics. Prior to IBA, he spent four years with the Computer Scientific Production Association (MPOVT), an IT enterprise with tens of thousands of employees. As Deputy General Director of MPOVT, he earned extensive senior executive experience. His career also included serving at Elorg–Data, a Finland–based IT company. Mr. Levteev is known as a person who sets the highest goals for himself and consistently achieves them. He has an excellent ability to forecast management trends in the IT industry and plan and build a scalable enterprise. His strong leadership skills combined with proven experience, customer focus, and energy make him an ideal choice for the challenging role of the IBA head.

Mikhail Kotov
Vice President

Mikhail Kotov has been IBA vice President since the company's creation. He was the person who conceived the company and whose determination gave it life. Mr. Kotov oversees software development in IBA and serves as Head of the IBA office in Czech Republic. With almost 40 years of software development, sales and senior management expertise, Mr. Kotov is a true computer industry pioneer. He holds M.S. degree in mathematics and computer sciences from the Belarusian State University. Mr. Kotov is an author of two books and 40 articles in programming. His irrepressible energy and humor make him a valuable asset to the company and a joy to be around.

Valentin Kazan, Ph. D.
Vice President

Valentin Kazan joined IBA in 1993. Since 2001, he has been Deputy Director General. Dr. Kazan leads IBA's software development efforts, as well as international market operations and initiatives. His key responsibility is the delivery of company software services to customers within Europe, the United States, and Asia. He earned his B.S. in mathematics from the Belarusian State University and his Ph. D. in computer science from the Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Digital Electronic Computing Equipment. Dr. Kazan has a rich information technologies, management, and marketing background that spans more than 30 years. He has a reputation for innovative leadership and responsiveness to the needs of both customers and employees.

Ryhor Zlobin
Chief Technical Officer

Ryhor Zlobin has been IBA Chief Technical Officer (CTO) since 1993. As CTO, he is responsible for IBA activity in the area of end–to–end IT solutions. Mr. Zlobin maintains strong influence over the software development and related technical issues, ensuring that the company constantly strives to deliver high quality solutions that meet market requirements. Under his guidance, Technical Department, Technical Center, Computing Center, Information Systems Testing Center, and Information Security Department were formed. Mr. Zlobin has a degree in quantum electronics from the Jena University, Germany, and M.S. in optics and spectroscopy from the Belarusian State University. Mr Zlobin has more than 30 years of software industry experience.

Lubosh Brzobohaty
IBA CZ
Country General Manager

Lubosh Brzobohaty has been with IBA CZ since March 1, 2003. In 2006, he undertook overall responsibility of IBA CZ with special focus on the expansion of the IBA CZ development centers in Prague and Brno , as well as supervision of major IT projects. Mr. Brzobohaty graduated from the Brno University of Technology with M.S. in informatics and computer science. Prior to IBA, he served as project manager and software architect in international companies, including Phoenix Healthcare Intelligence and Philips Electron Optics. Mr. Brzobohaty has good connections with the local business community and excellent negotiation skills. His background includes deep technical knowledge, ability to manage software development teams, and long experience in the IT industry.

Ulrich Lasarzik
IBA IT GmbH.
Chief Executive Officer

Ulrich Lasarzik has been CEO of IBA IT, the IBA affiliate in Germany, since its establishment in January 2000. In this capacity, he is responsible for the commercial, financial and all operational and regional activities of IBA Germany. Mr. Lasarzik holds B.S. (Dipl. Engineer) in information technologies and M.S. in radio and TV technology from the University of Dortmund. Prior to IBA, he held a number of increasingly responsible management positions with international companies like INTEL, Xerox Data Systems, and CIG. Mr. Lasarzik Brings to IBA a wealth of experience including 20 years in financial services and 30 years in the computer industry (mainframes and leasing).

Igor Khobnya
IBA Gomel
Director

Igor Khobnya joined IBA in July 2001 to head the IBA's development center in Gomel (Belarus).
Mr. Khobnya provides day–to–day management for IBA–Gomel, which includes HR management, project supervision, business development, expansion to new markets, and customer relations. He holds a B.S. degree in economics from the Gomel State University. Prior to IBA, he served as Chief Engineer at the Gomel Design Bureau of Belarusian Railways. Mr. Khobnya brings to the company 25–year experience in the IT industry, solid strategic thinking, and marketing savvy. Under his management and guidance, IBA–Gomel grew to 200 employees.

Alexander Avramov
Stone Computers
Chief Executive Officer

Since joining Stone Computers in 1998, Alexander Avramov has been a driving force within the company. For the last three years he has held the positions of Commercial Operations Manager and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Avramov is one of the most successful managers, with extensive background in the fields of information and communication technologies. After graduation from the Technical University in the specialty "Computer systems and technologies", Mr. Avramov has been pursuing his Master degree in finance at the University of National and World Economy.

Alexander Chebotarevsky
IT Park
Director

Alexander Chebotarevsky has been leading IT Park, a member of IBA Group, since its foundation in 2006. As Director of IT park he represents IBA Group at the Belarusian High-Tech Park and promotes IBA in Canada, the US, Russia, Taiwan and Uruguay. He obtained a university degree in radio physics from the Belarusian State University. His work experience included diplomatic positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and the USSR Mission  to UN in New York. From 1993 to 1997, he worked as The Economist Group advertising representative in Belarus and from 1997 to 2004 as vice president of the NGO for  cooperation between Minsk and Taipei. Since 2001, he has been the Honorary Consul of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in Minsk. Mr.Chebotarevsky brings to IBA valuable contacts among political, diplomatic, scientific and business circles of different countries.

Kirill Degtiarenko
Business Development Center (BDC) 
Executive Director

Kirill Degtiarenko joined IBA in February 1997 as a programmer in a project for IBM Germany.  From late 1997 to 2004, Mr. Degtiarenko served as IBA SW Manager responsible for day-to-day management of projects outside Belarus. As Executive Director of BDC, he oversees the sales and provision of IBA's IT services to international customers and attracts new clients worldwide. Mr. Degtiarenko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and electronics from the Belarusian State University and a degree in management from the British Open University.
