Project Management
To manage IT projects, IBA Group applies a unified methodology that incorporates processes, applications, and employees who are specially trained in project management (PM).

PM processes are an integral part of the IBA Quality Management System. IBA Group has developed and modified PM processes based on its historic experience and the best expertise accumulated in international standards and models, including CMM, CMMI, and PMI.
In addition to clear techniques and procedures, advanced project management methods involve mandatory information and hardware support. Such support is needed to provide planning, status recording, corrective actions, and fast distribution of information to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle. To this end, IBA employs its Project Management Tool that serves as a framework for managing software development projects. Based on Lotus Notes, the system performs a variety of features, including Version Control, Problem Tracking/Change Request, Issue Management, Project Checklist, and Workload Planning.
To ensure successful project completion, IBA Group has a system of employee training in specific engineering areas and project management. The system includes the following steps:
- Select project leaders
- Train project leaders in IBA process management
- Train project leaders in PM at courses or workshops conducted by the Carnegie Mellon University, IBM or other professional organizations
- Mentor project leaders on assigned projects.
As a result, IBA project managers are uniquely qualified to lead the project team and achieve planned results, while meeting schedule, budget and quality goals. They are able to offer the most feasible solution for the project and the most suitable financial model, including a fixed price model. Our project managers select the project communication method that suits the client and help him or her feel confident that the project will be completed successfully.
