How we work

We use a simple and convenient procedure for working with our clients. The typical procedure is described below, although it can be changed to meet your individual needs.

5 steps to get your project

1. To start a project with IBA Group, just contact us and tell us about your needs and expectations. Our IT and business analysts will approach you to learn as much as possible about your project, define your goals, and set priorities for the project. If needed, we will complete your Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
2. The next step is project estimation, preliminary planning, and refinement of requirements. The result of this stage is Technical Proposal that includes a feasibility study, risk and quality management plans, and project results and deliverables, as well as provides the overall picture of how the project will be implemented.
3. We are open to working on a Fixed Price or Time and Material basis. Our standard contract includes a Non–Disclosure Agreement and an Intellectual Property Clause. You negotiate and sign Contract and Statement of Work (SOW) that describes what will be done, how much it will cost, and when each step will be completed.
4. With our project management, you will have full control over your project. Our Project Manager will relieve you of administrative burdens so that you can focus on project supervision. However, we need your feedback throughout project implementation. If changes to initial requirements are needed, project replanning is done and agreed with you.
5. You accept your project in line with the Project Acceptance Plan. After product release, we provide consultations on the project (source code, architecture, configurations, and etc.). If needed, we offer support services, including product upgrade, setup, customization, administration, and end user support.

Migration to the future

Our traditions go back to the days when first IBM mainframes came to life.
Migration of legacy systems to advanced computer platforms became a key area of focus for the company. For many of our clients, such migration serves as a transformation vehicle to address new opportunities.
