Technical Center

The IBA Technical Center (TC) was established in 1999 to provide technical support for computing and banking equipment. The IBA Technical Center received authorization from IBM, Sun Microsystems, Philips, and Wincor–Nixdorf.

The IBA Technical Center provides installation, servicing, and warranty and post–warranty support for:

  • IBM S/390, RISC/6000, AS/400, Intel/Netfinity, and PC servers
  • ATMs and POS
  • Desktop and mobile PCs
  • Monitors
  • Graphic and network
    workstations
   

The IBA Technical Center personnel was trained and certified at the educational centers of leading IT service providers. Spare parts for the serviced equipment are supplied from storage facilities of IBA or its business partners in Europe. The IBA Technical Center's quality assurance system complies with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
